Lighting design stood out to me because not only am I learning about it within tafe but I think a good production lies within the immersive design of a scene. I think lighting can really elevate a production and I wanted to make that happen for house on fire. My experience with this role in the production has elevated my own skills and I have really enjoyed watching the process grow with the help of the tech crew and directors vision and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I have!
Playing Evie Conway I have discovered that as much as we are a like we are equally as different. Evie is the youngest sister who struggles to find her own within a new school, stripping her own personality she tries her best to become someone she's not fit in. I think Evie is an extremely complex character and I have thoroughly enjoyed trying to unravel the ins and outs of her personality and adding my own experience within her.
