My experience as stage manager so far has been very challenging and centered around continuous problem solving, but it's incredibly rewarding to be apart of such an amazing production and have the ability to oversee and assist with rehearsals and tracking the progress of everyone involved. Taking on this role has been very enlightening and has definitely taught me the significance of remaining organised and being someone that people can come to for help.
